
Ms. Tojarieh’s current practice is devoted to representing both employers and employees in individual and class action employment law cases. She specializes in all aspects of labor and employment law, including cases involving wage and hour litigation, independent contractor status, wrongful discharge litigation, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, employee handbooks, and personnel practices. She has also arranged seminars detailing the various aspects in the field of labor and employment law. Her experience covers all phases of litigation practice, including extensive law-and-motion work and discovery.
Ms. Tojarieh is admitted to practice law in California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
Farinaz Tojarieh, an associate at the firm, received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2008, and her B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Tojarieh was a law clerk at Kabateck Brown Kellner, as well as Khorrami, Pollard & Abir, where she was involved with various class action lawsuits in areas such as wage and hour disputes and products liability.
