- Obtained summary judgment for premier air cargo carrier in wrongful termination, invasion of privacy, and abuse of process case filed by a former airline pilot who posted disparaging comments about the employer on a company-related chat board.
- Part of class-action defense team that successfully defeated class certification against former managers claiming they were misclassified on behalf of nation-wide restaurant chain.
- Successfully defeated writ of attachment filed by former Chief Executive Officer of major European Company for severance payments allegedly due under executive employment contact.
